Số lượng tối thiểu (MOQ) là bao nhiêu?
Standard production orders start from 1,000 pieces/design.
- For new customers, Lavitex supports printing test samples (10–20 pieces) to check quality before placing large orders.
- Some high-end labels (woven, silicone) have higher MOQs (2,000–3,000 pieces).
How long does it take for production & delivery (Lead time)?
Normally:
- Sample: 1–3 working days
- Mass production: 5–7 days (order < 10,000 pieces)
- Large order (> 50,000 pieces): 10–14 days
- Delivery: 1–3 days nationwide (depending on location)
⏱ Total time: 7–10 days for customers to receive all goods.
Is free sample printing available?
Yes. Lavitex always prints 1-2 free samples for customers to approve the color, material and sharpness before mass production.
- If customers need to send it to their home, only the shipping fee will be charged.
- If the design is changed many times, additional fees may be incurred.
What is the return policy?
Lavitex commits to printing & manufacturing 100% according to the approved sample. If the product is defective:
- Incorrect color, wrong material, wrong size → Free reprint.
- Error from the customer's design file (not clear, wrong original color) → Lavitex supports editing, but does not refund.
- Return response period: within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Are heat press ink and glue safe?
All inks, heat-press glues & materials used by Lavitex are:
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified: safe for skin (including children & newborn items).
- Washability 40–60°C without peeling or fading.
- Free of harmful chemicals (phthalates, formaldehyde, heavy metals).
Is there support for print file design?
Yes. If the customer does not have a standard vector file (AI, PDF, CDR):
- Lavitex supports converting from images, PSD to standard printing files.
- Basic design cost: 0 - 200k depending on complexity.
- Free if only need to align, change color or add small text.
